Q: Why both iCloud bookmarks backup & restore buttons are always not available to tap?
A: First make sure to check your internet connection is available. If it is still not available, please turn on iCloud via:
go to Setting app -> iCloud -> (If you don't sign-in your account yet, please sign-in) -> Documents & Data - > turn on Documents & Data -> turn on Duo Browsers.
